Telekom Slovenije successfully implements Subex’s ROC

Addresses Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management requirements to boost efficient operations

Subex Limited, a leading global provider of Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), today announced that it has successfully completed the implementation of its Revenue Operations Centre (ROC) for Fraud Management (Nikira™ V6.1 solution) and Revenue Assurance (Moneta™ V2.6 solution) at Telekom Slovenije, Slovenia’s leading telecom operator.

As a result of the implementation, Telekom Slovenije (TS) has effectively and efficiently controlled revenue generating systems and processes, and reduced the occurrence of various types of internal and external fraud. This has helped TS enjoy significant financial benefits through increased revenue and reduced losses.

“We are very happy with the performance of Subex’s fraud management and revenue assurance solutions. The implementations were completed well within the stipulated timeframe and the professional and excellent project management methodology made the implementations smooth”, said Tomaz Kraskovic, Director Finance, Telekom Slovenije.

Sudeesh Yezhuvath, COO, Subex Ltd, said, “Telekom Slovenije is a key customer for us and we are glad that the ROC, for fraud management and revenue assurance applications, has been implemented successfully. This is also a clear indication of the superiority of our products and reinforces our position as a global leader in OSS/BSS. “

With the implementation of the Nikira and Moneta solutions, TS is now running its operations on the ROC, a strategic platform that covers revenue assurance and fraud management requirements of the operator. Nikira is helping TS with fraud prevention by eliminating known frauds, reducing free run time, augmenting internal controls and through continuous fraud management process improvement. Moneta in turn is improving the health and vitality of TS’s revenue chain by providing unprecedented automated correction capabilities to improve bottom-line results and provide a quick return-on-investment.
